Formula One announces longest ever Championship with 20 races
Bahrain – April 5th 2015
Formula 1’s governing body the FIA has announced the 2015 Formula One calendar and it will be the longest on record with 20 races. The season starts on March 15th in Melbourne, Australia and finishes on November 29th in Abu Dhabi. Bahrain’s race will be the third on the calendar on April 5th, a week after the Malaysian Grand Prix in Kuala Lumpur. Mexico joins the ranks of Grand Prix nations with a race at the circuit named in memory of its two most famous sons – the Rodriguez brothers – on November 1st in Mexico City.
